  3. Phase 3 (3 months): Creation of the user interface and system integration with existing client infrastructure.
  4. Phase 4 (3 months): Pilot testing with selected user groups and refinement of AI models based on user feedback.
  5. Phase 5 (1 month): Final deployment, comprehensive user training, and project handover.
