About the role

You will run outbound for Evermind. This is not cold-call-hundreds-a-day. It is ten deeply-researched, personalised touches a day. You will use AI heavily to research prospects, identify the highest-ROI AI opportunity at each target, and draft outreach that actually lands.

How AI fits into this role.

This role is designed around the AI-assisted outbound playbook we sell to clients. You will use Claude to research target accounts in depth, identify concrete AI opportunities on their product surface, and draft personalised outreach. The AI tools handle volume and research. Your judgement and relationship work is what moves deals forward. If you already use Claude or ChatGPT at work, this is a role where that is the job, not a hack.

Tools you'll use daily

  • Claude (research, personalisation, draft writing)
  • Lead enrichment APIs
  • Modern CRM with AI features (HubSpot, Attio)

What you'll do

  • Research target accounts using AI-assisted workflows
  • Draft and send personalised outbound via email and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads from the website and book intro calls
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting
  • Feed market insights and positioning ideas back to the rest of the team

What we're looking for

  • 1 to 2 years in B2B sales or as an SDR
  • Natural curiosity about how businesses work and what is broken in them
  • Excellent written English and a clear writing voice
  • Comfort with modern sales tools and AI-assisted workflows
  • Based in the UK

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise
  • Background in SaaS, consulting, or tech
  • Already use Claude or ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow
