About the role
You will own full-cycle mid-market deals for Evermind. Typical engagement is a 30 to 60 day sales cycle, deal sizes from £15k up to £150k and beyond, with a paid two-week diagnostic as the entry point. Your job is to show credibility and a realistic path from AI idea to AI in production.

How AI fits into this role.
You sell an AI enablement service, so the prospect already knows AI is interesting. Your job is to show them a believable path from idea to production. You will use Claude daily for account research, follow-up drafting, proposal writing, and deal preparation. Every call prep starts with an AI-generated dossier that you shape into a working conversation.
Tools you'll use daily
- Claude (research, follow-up drafting, proposal writing)
- Modern CRM with AI features
- Gong or Chorus for call recording and analysis
What you'll do
- Run full-cycle sales: qualification, diagnostic sale, build-phase close
- Work with the delivery team on scope and discovery calls
- Own pipeline, forecasting, and deal hygiene
- Feed market insights back to product and positioning
What we're looking for
- 4+ years closing B2B deals of £25k or more
- Consultative selling approach, not transactional
- Comfort talking technology with engineering and product leaders
- Based in the UK
Nice to have
- Sold AI, data, or technical consulting before
- Experience with a delivery-led sales motion (not product-led)
- Closed deals in regulated industries
